Gilded Glen aspires to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with their shopping experience.  Our shipping, return and refund policy was formulated to achieve the goal of complete customer satisfaction. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Gilded Glen, contact us within 30 days to give us an opportunity to address your concerns. 

  1. How long are shipping times?

Your products will ship within 1-5 days of your order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to reach your doorstep. Each product at Gilded Glen has an estimated delivery time that can be found in the product description. 

  1. What's your return/refund policy?

Thanks for shopping Gilded Glen. We are committed to 100% satisfaction! We guarantee all of our products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We will work promptly to resolve the problem. 



Any product returned must be in its original condition, unmodified, and in its original packaging with all included contents. Only items that have been purchased through Gilded Glen may be returned. 

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs if your item is returned. The cost of shipping can also be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. 



We encourage you to submit an inquiry through Customer Service at within 30 days of receipt of your item. Please be sure to give a detailed description of the product issue(s) along with pictures and/or video. The information provided helps us to address your concerns and identify ways to improve your overall shopping experience. Gilded Glen does not accept refunds on custom items.

It may take up to 30 days to receive your returned items. Once an item has been received, a refund will be issued within 48 hours to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 3-5 business days or longer, depending on your card issuer’s policies. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records. 



Once an item has been picked up by a carrier from the warehouse, you will receive an email with tracking information. Due to delays associated with COVID which are beyond our control, your shipment may arrive later than your expected delivery date. We will do our best to work with you until you receive your shipment. 

If your item(s) was damaged during shipping, we require that you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please take a photo of the original packaging (include the box the order was shipped in) so we may follow-up immediately. We are unable to refund or exchange any damaged product outside of the 48-hour window. 


  1. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if your order has not yet been processed for shipping. After your order is processed, you will not be able to cancel your order.  

  1.   Go to Your Orders and select the order you want to cancel.
  2.   Select the check box next to each item you want to remove from the order. To cancel the entire order, select all of the items. 
  3.   Select Cancel checked items when finished.

After submitting the cancellation, we will send you a confirmation to the email address on your account. 


  1. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sold by Gilded Glen, you can request to replace the same item through Your Orders or a refund through Customer Service.  

To replace the item: 

  1.   Go to Your Orders
  2.   Select Return or replace items beside the item(s) you would like to replace.
